Outbound work with an operator in the loop.
I help cybersecurity and technical B2B teams build, test, run and improve outbound motions. The engagement starts with the actual problem and available capacity, not a preset package.
The work
From market hypothesis to buyer conversation.
The scope depends on what your team needs to learn or execute. These are three ways I typically enter the work.
Build and test the motion
For a new product, buyer, segment or outbound approach that needs contact with the market.
Scope may include
- ICP and persona hypotheses
- Account selection
- Buyer and trigger research
- Initial messaging
- Qualification questions
- Operating workflow and test design
Useful output: A working outbound motion, early buyer evidence and a clear decision about what to change next.
Run and improve execution
For teams that need hands-on prospecting and a tighter feedback loop.
Scope may include
- Outreach, calls and follow-up
- Technical-buyer conversations
- Qualification and meeting generation
- Objection and signal capture
- Experiment reporting
- Handoff recommendations
Useful output: Qualified conversations and specific findings the team can use to improve targeting, messaging and process.
Diagnose the operating system
For teams with activity but little clarity on where the motion is breaking.
I examine the path from account selection to outreach, conversation, meeting and outcome. We identify what the data can support, where ownership is unclear and which change is worth testing first.
Useful output: A focused diagnosis and practical next steps, scoped to the evidence available.
How engagements work
Clear scope. Real work. Honest feedback.
We'll define the problem, the work I own, how results will be evaluated and what decisions the team needs from the test. I can design and execute the SDR motion. I do not present myself as an entire marketing, sales or customer-success department.
No public prices or outcome guarantees until scope, capacity and terms are agreed.
